Royalty Roofing and Frank Nagy are superstars! I was in a panic because we needed a siding repair before a Grad party today. I called Royalty yesterday and Frank responded almost immediately. That is normally unheard of from a roofing and siding company! He communicated extremely well via text and told me what time he would be here today and arrived on time. Bryan brown is the freaking man! He came out very promptly and on time. Got right to the inspection and found the issues. Because it wasn't a major repair... he actually came back with the right tools and fixed it up for me free of charge. His generosity saved me weeks of inspection and labor costs. Thank you

Truly a first class experience! Called out to get a quote to replace my roof, had a few missing shingles due to high winds. Turns out, with the knowledge of our sales rep Russell we were able to file an insurance claim and had a whole roof replacement on the house and garage. The company was great to deal with from start to finish, on time and very professional. Russell was always there to answer any questions and made us feel very comfortable through out the whole process. The crew was GREAT! Again, on time and true professionals with a lot of attention to detail. I highly recommend Royalty Roofing, from the first phone call to the last nail, you won't be disappointed!

Ryan from Royalty Roofing accommodated our scheduling request and came out the same day we gave him a call! He did a comprehensive inspection and roof certification all in one afternoon. I worked with Greg from Royalty Roofing, he was extremely helpful, professional, and extremely responsive. I was selling my house and the inspection report came up that the roof had wind/rain damage. Greg worked with myself and my insurance company to quickly get the job done before the closing date. Royalty roofing was fast and got the job done super quickly! I was even in a different state! Highly recommended!

One day I noticed that I had a few shingles detached from my roof. I'm a new home owner and did not know that this issue could have been caused by a windstorm in my area. Luckily before climbing up on the roof to secure what had fallen off, I contacted Elizabeth from royalty roofing. She came right out to inspect the damage and she educated me on what had happened and where we would go from there. She made herself constantly available to me. She worked closely with my insurance and inspector and was able to have my insurance sign off on a complete roof replacement. Within a week or two I was picking out shingles for the repair. She had a team install the roof of my choosing, they finished in one day. The overall experience of top tier professionalism and customer service blew me away. I can't recommend this company enough. I've had nothing but good experiences with everyone I've worked with from Royalty Roofing. I trust in their workmanship and devotion to customer service. I intend to use their services again shortly for another project at another property. I don't see myself ever turning to another roofing company. Royalty roofing has been the best!

The company responded very quickly and personally met with the insurance adjuster. The crew was on site within the stated time frame and completed the job in one day. They took care to protect my landscaping and cleaned up very well after the job was finished.

Ryan Sheppard came over to look at my roof as a second opinion to see if there was enough damage to file a claim with my insurance company. He had professional pictures and explained that the damage was not worth the struggle with the insurance company. He was friendly and honest, which is refreshing to find these days. I will definitely consider him for future projects.

Can't say enough nice things about Royalty Roofing. If you want a company to go the extra mile, they are it! Greg was wonderful to work; very knowledgeable, great communication, easy to work it. We were updated throughout the entire process from beginning to end. The install went by the book. Installers were professional 100% of the time and did an exceptional job. I really appreciate the care they took in cleaning up. After the initial clean-up they came back twice to make sure all the nails and garbage were picked up. I'm pretty confident that Royalty Roofing will be around for a long time and if by some chance we need assistance they will honor their word. Thanks again!

Elizabeth came to help us with a small repair - she fixed it that same day and was very quick and efficient and very professional and pleasant. She explained what needed fixing and we haven't had any issues since. She even came by to check the repair and see that everything was fine. We would definitely recommend Royalty Roofing to anyone needing any type of work done to their roof.
