Christina was wonderful! She found some minor repairs that needed to be completed. She showed me the pictures of a couple of rusty nails, returned on a dry day and fixed everything - at no charge! It was a 10 minute fix, but to do it at no charge was amazing. I am truly grateful! I recommend Christiana and Royalty Roofing very highly. When I ultimately need a new roof that's who I will be calling.

Jared was very punctual and knowledgeable. He exuded professionalism not often seen in a contractor...especially in this day and age. He immediately found the issues and didn't give us the run around like other places. He was honest with the cost and did not try to sell us services we did not need. We were very impressed! From the very beginning, we found this experience to be seamless and painless. Our salesman, Jared, was great. He took time to explain everything and answered all of our questions. He was very accommodating to our schedules and made sure everything was handled properly. Liz, in the office, was extremely friendly and quite helpful. She kept us up to date with all of the scheduling of our project. From Charlie and his assistant handling our new door and new columns, to Marty and his crew installing our siding -- everyone did such fantastic job. The final inspection with Josh was very thorough. As stressful as it was to have ice dams, falling gutters, and a leaky ceiling, Austen helped take a lot of the pain out of replacing our roof. As new homeowners, we had a lot of questions and didn’t know what we didn’t know. He was patient and not pushy, super informative, and willing to give us the best price and advice that he could… When he says that he wants you to have the best information to make your decision whether or not you pick Royalty Roofing or not, I believe him! The experience was also super fast - our roof was scheduled and installed within a week of signing the contract. It was an all around smooth and professional process.

We hired Royalty Roofing for full replacement and gutters on our old roof. Austen DiFranco was very informative throughout the process. He kept us up to date on any changes, incurring costs needed and helped us pick the right plan for us both with a great warranty. Awesome job! Very happy with the new roof, it was done in half a day and they cleaned up when done. Pricing was fair and I felt like they did a quality job. I contacted Royalty Roofing regarding some sagging areas on my roof, and Brian came out very quickly to take a look. He provided several excellent options and was extremely detailed and organized throughout the inspection. Brian clearly pointed out existing issues as well as problems I wasn’t even aware of. He’s very knowledgeable and professional, and there was absolutely no sales pressure at any point—it honestly felt more like talking with a friend than a sales appointment. Although I ultimately decided to go with a different company, Brian was a pleasure to work with. We had an appraisal done at my house recently. January 20th on the coolest day of the year. Jared came to do it and showed up early to walk around the house and take detailed pictures and explain everything.

Great experience thus far with Royalty Roofing. We wanted an estimate to replace siding on our home. In less than 24 hours, Alison had a project manager, Jared out here taking all the pictures! Jared brought samples and his A game! Very knowledgeable with products and understood our vision and bringing that to life. His communication is top tier even after hours! The entire Royalty Roofing team did a marvelous job. Ian was very through in providing the estimate Nelson and his crew were very respectful of the property when installing the new roof and Luiz and his team did a fantastic job with the Hardie siding. I had a tree come down during a windstorm the day before Thanksgiving knocking several holes in roof and siding. I talked with Jared from Royalty and he and Devin showed up, assessed the damage and got the holes secured before the rain and snow created bigger problems. I am amazed that the time from the tree falling to them finishing up was under four hours. I am definitely not well-versed in having trees fall on my house, so their friendly professional expertise was greatly appreciated.

I had my roof done by Royalty Roofing. My rep Jared was awesome from start to finish. Super professional, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable about insurance and roofing. He provided a very thorough inspection and gave, what I felt, a very honest assessment. Royalty Roofing came through at a time I needed them most. Our roof was on its last leg after a ton of rain hit and James Lynn was on it immediately. His dedication to helping our home and family was a 10/10. He was very easy to communicate with and didn’t try to just get a sale but honestly understood our needs and finances and met exactly what we asked for. During this process we never had to feel overwhelmed or pushed in a thousand directions. Noticed a leak coming from newer home built in 2018. Had a previous company come take a look and they told me a needed an entire new roof… I was shocked by that news and thought something was off and called Royalty Roofing. They sent out a gentlemen by the name of Jared and he was very professional and informative. After giving me a free estimate, came to find out the previous company wanted to pull an insurance heist. Jared showed me I had some shingles blown off from a storm and his company could replace them in 1 day for a reasonable price. They were able to come out week later and get the job done in one day. I am very fortunate there are still good people out there looking out for your home and family. Don’t go through the trouble of trusting another company. Royalty roofing took care of my home and family and would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you again Jared and Royalty Roofing.

Overall, my experience with Royalty Roofing was very good, however I will mention a couple things that I was not happy with. The roof turned out fantastic and I was very happy with the way it turned out. I was very happy with the quality of the work and the manner in which the roof was completed in a timely manner. My sales rep Blake was fantastic and made this process easy for me to get started and completed. Tayte in the office was very helpful and answered a lot of questions I had. As this is my first home, I was very pleased with the level of customer service that Royalty provided me with, as I was very nervous about this project. My old roof was always a stress I had any time there was rain or a high wind storm, so having this new roof done by Royalty is great peace of mind.
Now for my complaints.
1. I got blocked into my garage after the work was completed. I did not expect a trailer to be left in my driveway overnight, and the contract read to me that the trailer would be in the driveway during the job, not afterwards. I had parked my car in the garage to get it out of the way of the workers, and I wasn't worried about leaving during the job as I worked from home the day of the job. However, I had plans after the job was done. When I was getting ready to leave, I came outside and was greeted by a large trailer blocking my way. I heard the roofers start their truck to leave, and I ran out and flagged them down. I told them that I needed to get out of my garage as their trailer was blocking my way, and I needed to get to work the next morning to drive out of town. Their response, while sitting in their running truck, was "Call your sales rep." Tried explaining to them my situation and I had no way to get to work or go anywhere with this large trailer in my way and again they said "Call your sales rep" and left. I was dumbfounded. So I called Blake, and he graciously arranged for someone to move the trailer out of the way that evening, which was much appreciated. He was as surprised as I was with the worker's response. The only negative to this was I had to clean up a large quantity of nails that were under the trailer after it was moved, and I had to cancel my plans I had with a friend that evening, but it is what it is. I was more angry at the worker's lack of care over leaving a large trailer in my way, especially when he had a 1 ton truck that could have very easily moved it out of my way in a matter of minutes. I get it, they worked long hours doing the roof job, but that doesn't mean I should be inconvenienced by their rush to get home.
2. When I walked around my house after the roof was done, I found a razor blade left over in the yard. This must have been missed by the magnet. It is a small thing, and I expected there to be some cleanup I would need to do after the work was done, but I wanted to mention this.
Overall, I am happy to have the peace of mind with a good, quality roof. Thanks to Blake for taking care of everything, especially with the rude worker, and to Tayte for helping to follow up with me and answer some questions.

It all started when a tree hit our house and damaged our roof, turning into an insurance claim. I was dreading the usual fight with the insurance company to get this resolved. Then I met Christina with Royalty Roofing, who was very informative and answered all of my questions about the process. I had a comprehensive quote within a week, and the pricing was very reasonable! Christina went above and beyond, handling all communication with my insurance company with ease. Once we were approved to move forward, materials were ordered quickly and my roof was replaced within a few weeks. Since our home is older and had the original wood decking, they did make a last second decision to install additional OSB over the existing to bring the roof up to code. While I wish they would have communicated this first, I am glad they made the call (I would have said yes anyway). They even fixed the gutter and re-installed my gutter guards, which I appreciated! Did I find nails in the driveway after the project concluded? Yes. However, we have a gravel driveway and it was 90+ that day. Royalty Roofing made it right and credited us for every nail we found. Overall, I do not regret choosing Royalty Roofing to handle my roof replacement, and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Royalty Roofing!

Russell was not only punctual, but very friendly, upbeat and professional. He was very knowledgeable and also very patient and understanding with all the questions I had. I definitely recommend Russell in estimating any of your roofing, siding, windows, gutters or even skylight needs.
June 2022 we purchased two skylights to be installed by Royalty Roofing. Unfortunately, they would not fit. Much much went on between then and today, October 6, 2022 when I received my final bill. I’m very pleased with the outcome even though we didn’t get the size skylights we really wanted to help brighten up our kitchen as well. Now the kitchen still looks like a dungeon. But, through it all and the horrible communication out of the office my biggest thank you goes to

Fast forward to 2025 and I found us about to be a new homeowner. The home inspector told us the house roof needed to be replaced and it was actually leaking at one of the chimneys. We reached out and Russell came out as soon as he could and was very professional, honest and thorough in his investigation of the roof. He let us know that our detached garage roof could last us a few more years but the house definitely needed to be replaced. As well as the flashing and chimney repairs. Thankful for Russell professionalism this got the seller to put the ball in motion and have our roof replaced

Needed a skylight window checked for leaks and called Royalty Roofing because of their great and numerous online reviews. Christina was scheduled to come out the next day. She was prompt and professional. She did a very thorough inspection of my skylight from inside and on the roof. She then showed me many pictures of where it was compromised. She then discussed options of repair and replacing. She scheduled to seal for now as I will be away for several months, then I will have them install a new one. Friendly, honest, easy to work with. I highly recommend Royalty Roofing and Christina.

I had Royalty Roofing come and do an inspection on my existing roof. Shout out to Derek who not only did my roof inspection, but also walked me through with how he does his roof inspection and what issues to look for. Derek also caulked a tiny hole on my roof where a nail was protruding. I had another company telling me that my roof needed to be replaced, whereas, after Derek's inspection, I did not need a roof replacement immediately. I am definitely going to consider Royalty Roofing in the next few years when I plan to do my roof replacement. On another note, Derek was a cool & down to earth guy to talk to during the inspection.

We had a water spot on our ceiling during the coldest time of the year so far. Derek came right out, found the problem, and sealed everything up for us. He even made an additional trip a few weeks later just to make sure everything was ok. We will be looking to replace our roof within the next year or two and Derek and Royalty Roofing will be the only ones we call. Thank you so much!!

I was extremely satisfied with Russell’s work. While preparing to purchase a new home, I noticed an irregularity on the roof that needed professional attention. Based on the excellent reviews, I contacted Royalty Roofing, and scheduling an appointment was effortless. Russell was very professional, maintained excellent communication, and even met with both me and the seller to inspect the roof. He carefully analyzed the issue and promised to update me with more information. When he did, he honestly explained which repairs were necessary and which were not. I had a leak in my sunroom, Tyler came out in the cold and snow to see if he could at least do a temporary fix to get me by. Tyler is great, he temporary caulked were the leak was until the weather gets better at no charge, in the freezing weather. I will definitely get Royalty roofing to come and permanently fix the issue!!! By the way, this is the only company that got back to me with a phone call. Highly recommend!!

Royalty Roofing replaced my roof, downspouts, gutters, gutter guards and repaired the rotten wood and supports on a house that I recently purchased. They showed up when they were scheduled with a large crew and finished in one day, were very mindful of the landscaping and did a fabulous job cleaning up afterwards. The service provided by Royalty Roofing was exceptional. From the initial contact to schedule the appointment through the actual visit to my home, I was treated by a polite and professional staff. I received text messages that kept me informed about the appointment and who (James Lynn) would be coming. On the day of the appointment, James provided frequent updates on his arrival time. The inspection I requested was done inside and James offered to do an outside inspection, but I felt it was not necessary once we had identified the issue inside.

Just signed a contract from a great roofing company that is doing new roof gutters and guards so finally getting rid of the gutters this company installed in 2015 and had nothing but clogs my nephew had to come out again and unclog them three weeks ago and it was clogged almost 2 feet he rinsed inside of them out and he even said what i did they were pitched in wrong direction. So im happy happy happy now they will be in the junkyard yay my royalty roofing gutters are now off my house as of today. They are now dead.

From the beginning of this process with Austen providing us with the estimate until the end, everything was handled very smoothly, efficiently and professionally. Our soffit was blown down during a wind storm and I called these guys. Started off with the estimator (Tyler) not showing up at first- but, I texted him and it appeared to be technical error and his schedule hadn't been updated on his end. Okay, no problem. He made the extra effort and came out same day. Very friendly, apologetic, and kind. From then on, the only reason I knew what was happening was because he texted me.
We did the finance option- no word on who was emailing me that, so I lost the initial email in my junk folder with no way to clearly search for it. Tyler is the one who helped me locate it to sign. The office never called me to discuss the scheduling- all of that was done through Tyler. Even he didn't get an exact time- just a day. (By the way, it was about two weeks later). They showed up - they did do a good job. I'm happy with it- but, struck me as odd that as soon as they were done they just left. I kind of expected a walk around together for quality assurance.
Price was... fine, I guess. I'm sure I could have gotten cheaper if I looked around, but it was within my budget and they were highly reviewed so I didn't worry about it. Work quality appears to be good. My biggest issue was just the customer service. Tyler was great and the installers did a good job- overall information and customer service from "The Office" I kept hearing about never happened. Experience may have been different if I was a big ticket customer.

Every aspect of my experience with Royalty Roofing was exceptional. From my initial inquiry to the resolution of the problem, dealing with Royalty was a pleasure.
Clear and precise communication is what sets them apart. Initially, I received a text to confirm my address and when to expect the estimator. Then, on the appointment day, I received a reminder text with the estimator's name and arrival time.
Devin came out to the house to give me an estimate for a downspout repair. Good news! He never even got as far as an estimate because the problem turned out to be a 5 minute fix. He fixed it then and there and said there was no charge.

Brett Stoffer was recommended to me by a friend. Brett came over to my home and thoroughly Inspected the roof of my home. He even caulked some of the areas On the roof that had minor leakage or potential for leakage in the future. After completing the roof inspection, Brett explained everything to me and answered all my questions patiently. Brett’s assessment was that, other than some moss, nothing is wrong with my roof right now. He did not charge me anything, and advised me to follow up with him for another inspection in a couple of years. I am very happy and impressed by Brett’s expertise and professionalism. Super disappointed. Called for siding repair. We had a long siding strip that had popped off on one side and also a shutter, that had a stripped shutter plug that needed replacing. We were told the job was too small to come out for and we would be charged $500.00 regardless of the work needed. It is such a shame for a company that has been in business this long to treat new customers this way, sometimes smaller jobs are how you build reputation and loyalty and generate positive word of mouth. We live in a large development and have a community group where we refer (or warn against) neighbors to business and contractors. So, a "small" job could have resulted in 50+ new clients and years of future business.
Side note- Our home is 20 years old and we also want to do a complete reside and shingle upgrade next Summer and were looking for a long-term partner. Once I stated this to the rep, she changed her tune and then suddenly wanted to "see what she could do for us". It was obvious we were not worth it to do the repairs, until she heard about the $1,000's of dollars the company would lose out on. Instead we went with another Roofing conpany- Great team and made our repair appointment easily with no hassle!

Very friendly and was honest with us. We have a leaky skylight and were concerned about the age of our roof as well (just moved into the house a little over a month ago). He explained the options to us before he looked on the roof from more involved repairs down to temporary fixes. After inspecting the roof he gave us a very reasonable fix and assured us the roof is in good shape. The cost to replace the sky light was fair and we appreciate not being over sold or told to replace the whole roof. He also gave us an estimate for replacing the entire roof because we asked and we were happy with the price. Our roof has a significant amount of moss on it and he's coming out within 7 days to clean it up for us.

I had a wind storm tear siding off my house in March. Even though I am still waiting on the insurance estimate, Tommy came out and tacked down the remaining siding so it wouldn’t peel off. They’re also having their in-house team help me work with the insurance, and since I’m currently dealing with cancer on top of the damage, having them help me navigate get the process to get this work done is a godsend.

Royalty Roofing repaired the garage siding of one property for me and replaced the roof of another property. They offered drone shots and met me at the property to help me ascertain wind and storm damage with drone footage. They responded timely to a roof leak and did an intermittent repair of a pipe boot. There was water coming in through my kitchen ceiling during heavy rains. I had another roofing company out twice to try to determine the problem. They found a couple of exposed nails and hammered them down and put some sealant over the top. The water was still continuing to come in through the kitchen ceiling when it rained. So I called Royalty Roofing and met with Justin. He was extremely polite and professional. He did a thorough evaluation and told me what he thought the problem was and what he did to fix it. He told me to monitor it during the next rainstorm and, if the problem continued, what his next solution would be. Since meeting with Justin, there has been a few days of heavy rain and I've had no further issues with the water coming in through the ceiling. He also gave me three separate estimates for a new roof when the time comes and explained the process and financing options with no hard sales push. Total cost to me, absolutely nothing. He didn't charge me for the trip or his time or anything. And dare I say that I felt like Justin actually cared about my problem and finding a solution which, unfortunately, is such a rarity in today's society. I just wanted to extend my thanks to Justin and recommend him and this company to anyone looking into getting a new roof or roof repair in the future.
